1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned if they are damaged, defective, or not as described. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain personal-use items are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once your request is approved, detailed instructions for pickup or return shipping will be provided. Returned items will be inspected before approval for exchange or refund.

3. Refunds

Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed in cash or via an agreed alternative method at the time of return confirmation. Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. In some cases, customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: products marked as final sale, items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, and personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products.
